Our founder is a storage nerd at heart. After many years with enterprise cloud solutions and high-performance storage solutions for the Media and Entertainment industries, transitioning into the FinOps community was a natural shift. After spending a year in the community, he saw a huge demand for smaller seed startups to be represented.

This is where the early ideas for Summit were born, with a very simple focus: bringing great tech to the FinOps Community the right way. No games, no gimmicks—just great tech with great people. Geoff Jones is an energetic outdoorsman and devoted father of two with countless years of sales experience. He began sales career early, within the tumultuous mortgage industry. Pioneered SaaS sales in 2008, specializing in Strategic and Challenger selling, showcasing adaptability in emerging markets. He thrives in diverse cultural environments and excels in enterprise sales across multiple verticals. He has been recognized for rapid integration and immediate impact on company bottom lines,possesses extensive sales knowledge, and is always ready for a challenge. Renowned for his unparalleled work ethic, he is consistently a valuable asset to any GTM team.
